Shipping policy

We offer UPS shipping both domestically and internationally*. UPS SurePost typically takes 5-7 business days to reach its destination once the order has been processed. Shipments sent to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and APO addresses may be shipped using this method, but do not fall under the 5-7 business day delivery guarantee.

UPS SurePost® is an economy, residential, ground service. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service.

*Some domestic addresses and international shipping will require USPS post. We will make those adjustments at the time of order fulfillment. The shipping price paid during checkout will not be altered due to a change in delivery service.

**Note: UPS My Choice® Members can upgrade a UPS SurePost package to UPS Ground for an additional fee.

We guarantee a 1-2 business day processing period. Once the package leaves our facility, the shipping delivery times will begin.

Orders fulfilled after 2pm CST will be picked up the next business day. Contact 1-800-BEERNUTS or support@BEERNUTS.com with questions regarding shipping options.

No changes or cancellations can be made to your online order once it has entered a fulfilled or shipped status. Please contact 1-800-BEERNUTS or support@BEERNUTS.com with these requests. Any changes or cancellations requested after your order is shipped cannot be refunded. Customer support is available for these requests Monday through Friday 9am-2:30pm CST; however, requests made to customer service may not make it to the order fulfillment team prior to them picking, packing, and shipping your order. Order changes received prior to order shipment will delay your order.

Incorrect addresses, order changes, weather circumstances, and UPS backlogs may cause delays in delivery. BEER NUTS is not liable for these delays and will not refund the shipping or product received in an order with delayed delivery.

For online orders, we can only guarantee shipping to addresses we are provided. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is shipped out, the customer will be subject to return expenses. 

After your order is placed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. However, you may also sign up for UPS My Choice® to receive delivery alerts via text or email, approximate delivery times, ability to sign for packages online, enter specific delivery instructions, or setup pickup of your package at your convenience. UPS also provides additional services for a fee such as re-scheduling deliveries for another day, re-routing packages to a different address, upgrade packages from UPS SurePost® to UPS Ground, and confirmed delivery windows.
