1. Can I order from and/or ship outside the United States?

We happily ship everywhere UPS ships. You may place your order online for all international orders. Fees for duties and taxes are charged to the recipient. If you have trouble placing an international order, please contact us at


2. What does free shipping mean?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $40 pre-tax in the United States. SurePost typically takes 5-7 business days to reach its destination once the order has been processed. Shipments sent to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and APO addresses may be shipped using this method, but do not fall under the 5-7 business day delivery guarantee. Shipments outside of the United States will need to pay for shipping.

UPS SurePost® is an economy, residential, ground service. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service.

**Note: UPS My Choice® Members can upgrade a UPS SurePost package to UPS Ground for an additional fee.


3. Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

Absolutely! With UPS SurePost, we can ship your orders to PO boxes and APO addresses. If you’re shipping an order to a PO box, the recipient should be prepared to pick up the package at their local Post Office. Packages shipping to APO addresses can take up to 5 weeks or longer to deliver, depending on where the recipient is stationed. The delivery guarantee does not apply to APO shipments as it typically requires longer transit times.


4. How soon does my order ship?

We guarantee a 1-2 business day processing period. Once the package leaves our facility, the shipping delivery times will begin.

Before 2pm CST, express shipping options will be processed and sent the same day the order is placed. After 2pm CST, the package will be picked up the next business day. Most express shipping methods do not run during the weekend and these days should not be counted in transit times. Please keep this in mind when choosing express options. 5. Can I change or cancel my online order?

If you wish to make any changes or cancellations to your online order, please contact 1-800-BEERNUTS ext. 324 or before 9am CST the business day after your order is placed. Any changes or cancellations made after this time will be subject to additional expenses and cannot be refunded. Our customer support is available 9am-6pm CST. Please leave a message for any calls pertaining to order changes or cancellations after our business hours. Order changes may delay the shipment of your order.


6. What issues or circumstances can delay my order?

Incorrect addresses, order changes, weather circumstances, and UPS backlogs may cause delays in delivery. 

For online orders, we can only guarantee shipping to addresses we are provided. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is shipped out, the customer will be subject to return expenses. 


7. How can I track my order?

After your order is placed you will receive an email with your tracking number. However, you may also sign up for UPS My Choice® to receive delivery alerts via text or email, approximate delivery times, ability to sign for packages online, enter specific delivery instructions, or setup pickup of your package at your convenience. UPS also provides additional services for a fee such as re-scheduling deliveries for another day, re-routing packages to a different address, upgrade packages from UPS SurePost® to UPS Ground, and confirmed delivery windows.



All products purchased from BEER NUTS® Brand Snacks are guaranteed to be fresh. If you are not 100% satisfied with the taste of your product, please let us know. You can return non-food product and get a full refund within 30 days of your purchase as long as a receipt is presented with the return. Food product cannot be returned once it leaves our facility. 

If you wish to return an item that was purchased on sale or at a discounted price, you will receive the amount paid for the item. 

For orders placed online, we must receive the returned item(s) before refunding the purchase or sending a replacement. Another order may be placed and sent out immediately and a refund will be issued upon receipt of the first order. Again, food products cannot be returned once they leave our facility.
