Georgia Brownies with BEER NUTS Recipe

Did you know we go well with more than just beer? Take a look at this recipe for "Georgia Brownies" made special with our BEER NUTS Original Peanuts for a perfect late-night snack!
You will need:
- 2 ½ Squares Unsweetened Chocolate
- ⅓ Cup Shortening
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs, Well Beaten
- ½ Cup Flour
- 1 Cup BEER NUTS Original Peanuts
- 1 TSP Vanilla
- 2 T Brandy
Baking instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 370
- In a 1-quart saucepan, melt chocolate and shortening together
- In a large bowl, add sugar to well beaten eggs
- Combine the chocolate and sugar mixtures
- Add flour to the mixture
- Reserve 16 BEER NUTS. Chop the ruminating BEER NUTS; add to mixture along with vanilla and blend well
- Add Brandy; blend well
- Spread the dough evenly in a greased square baking pan. (8 x 8 works well)
- Bake for 20 - 25 Minutes
- Cool slightly, and press reserved BEER NUTS into brownies
- When cool cut into squares or bars
